Your First Visit to Tucker Chiropractic
The moment you enter Tucker Chiropractic Center, you will be greeted by a warm and friendly environment.
Our staff will give you some forms to fill out. After the necessary paperwork is completed, the next stop is the exam room.
Our staff will go over your information, ask you a few more questions and show you a chiropractic video.
Then Dr. Tucker will come in and perform a thorough examination to determine how we can help you. The examination will consist of several orthopedic and neurological tests to show Dr. Tucker where you have disturbances in you nervous system or any other problems that you might have. The tests are painless.
If x-rays are needed, we will escort you to the x-rays room. Several images may be taken at this time. X-rays are used to reveal the structure and alignment of the spine and confirm other examination findings. Once the x-rays have been taken, you will return to the examination room.
After a short time, Dr. Tucker will return and explain to you his findings and answer any questions that you might have. After discussing this with you, Dr. Tucker will begin his treatment.
The front desk will schedule you for your next appointment
Typical Office Visit
On a typical office visit, you will sign in at the front desk.
We will escort you to a treatment room. Dr. Tucker will assess any changes in your health status to determine what areas need to be adjusted for the day and answer any questions you might have.
The visits usually take 10-15 minutes. We realize that your time is very important and we try very hard to run on schedule.
If you require a therapy, this usually takes an addition 12 to 15 minutes. Periodically we will do a progress exam to evaluate your response to chiropractic care and individualize your care plan.
